A study published today in Science Express, by researchers from Spain and the United States, demystified the role of Internet in the digital age still dominated by more traditional media like television. In the case of Mexico is no stranger to this thesis, in addition to access and use of internet penetration is still very low and managed by a few distributors. The so-called information society and knowledge is still a mere speech, while there is no democracy and citizens' right to use new information technologies.
